Candle Light, Hot Latte, and Nail Polish


As I sit I want to get lost with these different faces
Coming from all the earth’s beautiful races
Tonight I feel such delight
Just enjoying the music that lights the dark

The focus of my life is to fan the flame
To align my goals right in the frame
The candle light seems to be a reminder
Of the matters of my heart I should ponder

Now the hot latte seems to give me rest
From another long day of a quest
It’s good that you give yourself a time
To smile, have couple of life thoughts and make words rhyme

A goal of a full-lived life
Like a fierce nail polish that stands out
Be yourself and let others be
Be the best of what you and they can be
