The Walley

In my journey to the land of milk and honey
I landed in a job at the Walley
A vision to work hard and know the culture
372 days of living what I aimed for

It takes a little time to fall in love
With the beautiful people God made me meet and have
This is my greatest reward in my cahiering job
To my mem'ries pictures of tiring, funny, crazy, sweet days I all add

The whisper of the heart
Forlife's amazing part
Delivers tears upon a face
Because of God's amazing grace

Here is hard night to sleep
The well of good thoughts is now way deep
I see beautiful faces one by one
And appreciate all what GOd had done

There were days that I had been blown away
Like this encounter I had with a little boy
On the door way as I was people greeting
He took my hand and kissed it, isn't that the sweetest thing?

As busy life gets
This generous man didn't forget
To pause and give a hand
HE ran and paid for the goodies of this homeless man

If love is all around this is the place to see
Simple ways of people to show caring in a very warm degree
Cards, flowers, chocolates, ice cream and other goodies
Simple store experience becomes a valuable day in one's life story

In this work place I find
A lot of humble people who are kind
My workmates as family and friends
A network of dilligent people and helping hands

I thank God for giving me a chance
Warm smiles that captured me even just seen once
To acknowledge, act, and appreciate
Formula which makes a beautiful world we are all able to create
