Inside a Half Moon

Clockwise the earth moves
You see this as Mr. Moon grooves
I like the way he walk
In the milky path he loves to stalk

From my left side
It crawls and hides
But as time pass
He wants to see me at last

Now he is looking
5 seconds without blinking
Straight to the eye’s lens
A wandering heart opens

I can see a beautiful lady
Inside his heart she lays steady
A face with tears of joy
Seemed like a kid given chips ahoy!

Tears of joy or sad tears?
Or just another mirror of some fears?
Do not hide and don’t conceal
Let Mr. Moon know what is real

The beautiful lady now speaks
“Mr. Moon I’m leaving in just more than two weeks”
She now realize that she is to fly
Up on the galaxy which is way up high

Tears of joy falling upon her cheek
She have found him who knocks her out of her feet
A very captivating moment like this
Inside her heart is one of her most precious gifts

Another tear is falling down
She feels sad wearing a red gown
It reminded the sign in her sight
A stop light now turning into a green light

A face with fear
Even the Milky Way is clear
Lady, put your fears behind and lend me your ear
Don’t you worry the One who made this galaxy is near

Fear, sadness, and joy
Is what her feelings above all deploy
Mr. Moon I hope you listen
See her heart in the midnight as it glistens

Inside a half moon
Is a treasure hidden in a balloon
A faith starting to win a battle
Making a big picture out of the little

Mr. Moon look through her eyes
Half-filled water in a glass
An adventure that she will grab
Life lessons that you will have

More water to pour out
To fill a half moon with a bright light
“Mr. Moon you know what is this about
Let us satiate this half-filled glass tonight”
